PHILOSOPHY
We structure our portrait sessions around what makes you…you! Our philosophy is that a portrait should be an expression of your inner self. Perhaps we structure it around your hobbies, perhaps around your favorite park or perhaps with the people you love. These are the things that will hold meaning years down the road.

FAQ
1. I love your photos, now what?
We start with a phone consultation. This is where I get to know you. We get to sit back, relax and talk about your vision. We will go over clothing options and location ideas to figure out what your style is. On the session day, we have already figured out the details and we can concentrate on what really matters.

2. What can I expect at a photo session?
You can expect to relax and let loose. Each session is very informal with no rules or expectations. You are encouraged to laugh, play and just have fun. It won’t be a “sit still and smile” type of session. Just be you…and I will do the rest.

3. What do I wear?
There are two schools of thought to this question. One is to keep things simple and dress similarly. Stay away from plaids and stripes because they tend to be distracting in the photograph and avoid bright solid colors such as orange or red. These colors are great for accents but not an entire shirt. The idea is to have a classic look that will not go out of style.

The second, is to dress modern. That means funky colors, stripes and plaids are ok. However, dressing in similar colors and styles still applies. This will give a very contemporary look to your portrait.

4. How long does it take to see our photographs?
Normal process takes up to 10 business days. We put just as much into the photos after the session as we did into the session. Remember, great images take time! You will get to see your images projected larger than life in a slideshow during your ordering appointment. We will help you with all of your final decisions on images and products…so don’t be worried. Feel free to bring as many people as you would like. We can all sit back, enjoy a snack and watch the story of you.

5. How long does it take to get our photographs after we place the order?
Quality takes time, so please allow 3 weeks from the moment you place your order. Custom designs may take longer. We understand that clients are very excited to see their photographs, but it is important not to rush this process. We inspect every image to ensure quality. It’s worth the wait!
